For several years astronomers have observed Mars ice caps melting. There are no SUV's or fossil burning industries there. In a similar way, Earth is warming slightly now but it also warmed up during the middle ages. There were no SUV's or fossil burning industries there then either.

He actually claimed, "the last ten years have been the hottest years ever recorded." There is plenty of evidence that global temperatures are caused solar activity. There is very little scientific evidence that temperatures are affected by emissions --even those are disputable due the correlation with solar activity. Also, does a 1 degree change in temperature truly affect the world in a negative way? One day we will all laugh as much as i do at Global Warming extremism. But it's really not funny. It is bound to cost people their jobs.

Regardless of the label of global warming that so many have a problem with; don't you think you should be aware of the harmful gases and pollutants we inhale, eat, drink, exist with that damage our bodies and our environment? Isn't it enough to want to save Mother Earth- the source of our existance? We are smart enough to invent the harmful toxins, we should be smart enough to see the consequences and react to our own creation of our own demise. We should want to help save our waters, skies, earth REGARDLESS of the title. Call it what you will.... We have to COE-EXSIT-- with one another. Give the world a break and think about the future instead of the instant gratifications we all seem to be so caught up with. IT'S SO VERY SAD.

Do you want to do something very simple to help our environment ? I am going to start by doing this today.
The next time I go grocery shopping or christmas shopping i will ask for paper bags and then estimate how many i would probably use each time I go. Then I am going to buy several large cloth bags (like the beach bags you see at wal-mart) and i will use them for my groceries and keep them in my car at all times. Just like I used to do in Germany, where they don't even offer you bags of any kind. Please start! Thanks for saving our rivers, lakes and landfills. below are some interesting places to read about the destruction the bags have caused.

Please, tell me the true details that truly prove without a doubt that global warming is human induced. I am sick and tired of green party talk with little or no backing.

I have recently purchased a home. I have been informed that, although not a huge problem, black widows are a problem in the area. I would not mind so much but I have children and I want to keep them safe. I also don't want to cause the environment any harm. Can anyone suggest non-toxic or environmentally friendly ways to protect my home from black widows.... or at least any way to repel them?

If yes will their be a economical crash . Do you think that reusable fuels will keep us. Or that our electricity will be regulated (off every other day) and most off all should I send my son and daughter on basic survival courses. With global warming . Hate to talk all doom and gloom. But I’m generally worried about my children’s future and I see it as my duty to prepare my children for all eventualities. Or am I over doing it. What you think????

IMHO, I believe it will either be in 6 years (in 2012) - which would be due to spiritual/political reasons, or in 20-40 years - which would be do to environmental reasons as well.

The world changes naturally. We should be focused on adapting to the changes, not develop some God complex as a society and try to bend the world's development to our will.
