Doesn't it seem just a little too coincidental, and are they ever fined for storing them too long without actually doing anything with them? Talk about environmentally unfriendly.

Your two choices are to enjoy them, or to not use them and possibly save the lives of your great, great, great grandchildren. What do you do? Isn't this just like the debate about global warming? We cannot know for sure that we caused it, or if we can stop it by finding alternatives to fossil fuels, but what exactly is the upside of saying "global warming is a hoax!", and not addressing the doubt at all?

My biology teacher told me today that when he was at a convention his step brother was giving a speach about a new ice age. During it he mentioned the tons of iron coming from Norway to the U.S, and concluded by saying ,"Give me an Iron barge bound for the U.S and I'll make a new ice age."
My teacher tried to explain before the bell and said that if an iron barge sunk at the right place in the North Atlantic it could trigger a new ice age. To me it seems insanly farfetched so is it true? If it is can you explain how?

Does the ratio of O2, Nitrogen , CO2 and other gases stay relatively the same in the atmosphere? With all the cars and industry using O2 is it going to be depleted someday? Trees cannot replace O2 because they only produce O2 during photosynthesis, most of the rest of the time they use up O2 like us and other living things.
