Doesn't it seem just a little too coincidental, and are they ever fined for storing them too long without actually doing anything with them? Talk about environmentally unfriendly.

Used tires are now highly regulated by EPA - could they have been under some kind of deadline to remove them???? Happens a lot in my state in the midwest.
