Average depth 55 m, 180 ft, greatest depth 660 m, 2,165 ft. The Dogger Bank extends east to west with shallows of as little as 11 m, 36 ft.

I don't know, and i don't know how anyone would find out. If they said 'this is the deepest point' they would have to have measured every single millimetre of it to make sure.
It's too deep to touch the bottom though, even on tippy toes.
