Need help for wastewater treatment plant...?

What is the permit range % of removal effiency for this operations in wastewater treatment plants:
Secondary clarifier
Primary Clarifier
Anaerobic digester

or any web pages, pleasee..

Permits do not specify ranges of removal percentages for stages. The permit will have removal requirements for the entire treatment plant and they will vary by the parameter and the type of treatment faciltiy. Also, the locality and receiving stream make a difference.
