I don't believe in it either.
You're not misinformed, you have made a choice and believe in it.

Misinformed is not the right word, unless you've been informed of something else. Ill-educated, perhaps.
It would be the same as saying you don't believe in cars. Read the Origin of the Species, or Almost Like A Whale.
Or, think about the time you were just getting over a illness and it came back for a second go. That was evolution. The stronger, more resistant bugs survived and reproduced and overtook the immune system.

Depends on your reason for not believing in evolution.

If you just refuse to believe in a theory that you don't understand, fair enough. Then you're just under-informed. But maybe evolution does not matter so much to you. After all, we don't have time to study everything.

If you think that the Book of Genesis has to be taken literally and that you have to acknowledge the Bible 100% because of you religion, fair enough. Most Christians do not see a conflict between the Bible and evolution (or other established scientific theories) but I know that some do.

If you think that evolution is anti-ethical by proclaiming the strongs' right on survival at the expense of the weaker, then you're misinformed.

If you think that evolution is not the most plausible interpretation of the fossil record and other facts acknowledged by science, then you're misinformed.

Another answerer suggested you google on "micro-" and "macro-evolution". Those terms are not scientific but have been made up by science-bashing fundamentalists. So if you do such a google, you will mainly find anti-science propaganda. Do a search on "evolution" and whatever biological subject you're interested in, f.x. a species or a body part.

You might well be well-informed and misguided, ill-informed and reaching a consequently illogical conclusion, or just plain silly. Evolution is an observable fact, even the wackiest Creationists concede that microevolution is happening because they can see the evidence with their own eyes! The only "debate" is macro-evolution, or Darwin's contention that all life evolved as a consequence of multiple bifurcations of species.

You are free to believe what you want, but to profess a disbelief in evolution makes you the kind of person who, if you hear a "thumping noise" coming from the back of your car as you drive down the road, immediately concludes there must be a ghost practising the bongos in your trunk before you bother looking to see if you have a flat tire!

Evolution as you refer to it has become a point of contention between science and religion. But it shouldn't be. First of all, it is just a theory that is trying to explain some discoveries that have been made. It has not been proven and in many scientific circles, only micro evolution has any credence. What people term 'evolution' is really 'Macro-Evolution' the development of new species because of adaptation to changing environments. But this has not been found. The fossil record does not support this.

It is not necessary for religious people to argue against what has not been proven by science.

If science can prove or disprove something, then religions must change their beliefs to agree with the proofs. To insist that a belief is to be followed after it has been proven wrong is counter productive.

But to use faulty science to push new beliefs on people is counter productive as well.

;-D It is a pity that human nature is so easily argumentative. I noticed that an answerer said that you have made a choice. I hope you made the choice based on the lack scientific proofs rather than blind faith. You should not choose to be blind. You should choose to be discerning and wise. On the other hand, when you are blessed by a miracle, accept it with love and thankfulness. Don't try to pick it apart with science.

Let me ask this: Do you believe in gravity? Do you believe that matter is composed of atoms? Do you believe that organisms are composed of cells? These are all concepts of science, just as evolution is. All of these ideas have been thoroughly investigated in a number of ways, and none of the theories has been shown to be false. The theory of evolution is no different from the atomic theory of matter or the theory of gravitation. It's not something you can really choose to believe or not. The evidence overwhelmingly supports the validity of evolution.

Well if you do not want to then that is really your sweet will however Evolution means growth, it means to cope up with the changing environ. Species with weak genes fall ill and are eliminated from the system. Now people who will bear future generations are be the ones who have coped with the changing world so that life can go on. Monkeys could evolve to Man to survive but Dinosaurs could not. Evolution is responsible for continuity of life as it helps species to change so that they can survive.

No, not misinformed, but well enough informed to create your own beliefs. I do not believe in evolution, but I have researched it, and decided to follow Divine Creation.

Nobody should "believe" in science. They should evaluate the evidence and weigh the different competing theories for their sceintific value. The absolute worst thing you can do is reject all theories and start believing that magic did it.

I don't "believe" in evolution either. The evidence I have seen suggests to me that it a fact. You do not have to believe in facts..
