In fact, I am Nov.,92 Born. I will enter into IX std. of CBSE recognised school in April, 2007 after passing VIII std. as a regular school student. I have already completed IX std. course in my home. Now I wish to be promoted to X std. in April, 2007 instead of IX and would like to write X std CBSE Exam as a regular candidate in March, 2008.
The stereotype rules of CBSE and arrogant attitude of the school authorities are a hindrance.
If you know any high court judgement or a rule which will help me to write CBSE board (X std.) exam as a regular candidate, in March, 2008. Please let me know.

I am considering a move here for law school and raise my son who would be starting school. The town sounds good on paper but we all know that there is a "picture town" and the "real town". Can anyone give me info ont he "real" Iowa City, IA? Are there gang problems, racial tensions, huge drug problem, how are the schools besides test scores....etc.

My son would be turning 5 the year we move and I am a single parent with one income. Any info would be great.

When I speak I get shy and can't articulate my question properly, so the teacher doesn't understand me, and they get frustrated.
I'm just really shy.
Just practice, practice, practice?

I am the student of secondary level now. I used to be very good at my study when I was in
primary level. I always used to stand first. I used to feel the course of the class very
easy. So, 3 years ago, I study 4 months in a class and I promote myself to the senior class
through the prinicipal of the school. My teenage beginned from that time. From then, my
study gone worse and worse. After 1 year, I have changed the school. In this school,
everything is just left to the student. Here is no well guiding of the teachers. And
nowadays, result of my study is valueless. I often get fail in at least one or two subject.
Now, I have more interest on extra activities than study. Of course, I am talent in
some extra activities, but I am always unable to make-up my study though I want to get
much success in it. I often determine to do good at study but I can never perform it.What
to do now? Please help me to get success in my study.
