I will be getting my degree in Associates of Science of Education. However, Im in the state of Kentucky but will be moving next year.
Will the state of California let me teach with a Kentucky Certificate?

A friend of mine moved here, to CA, from another state and had to take classes to meet the requirements CA had. Her credential was an Emergency Credential at that time. That was several years ago so not sure if things may have changed since then. You can also try the following websites to see what requirements, if any you would need.
