I want to become a pharmacist after I graduate.
You get to help people and I love learning about medicine and disease, plus the salary is great.
Im currently a high school junior.
I did great in biology class last year.
But this year I got stuck with a horrible chemistry teacher.
She doesnt know what shes doing.
she never gets to the point, she talks to fast, she gets angry at you if you dont get something, and she is just too OUGH!
Last year and the year before that alot of students that were in her class failed.
She takes away my hopes of being a pharmacist.
But anywho back to my point.
What do I need to do to become a pharmacist?

I am interested in going to school, but I have a very hectic and unpredictable work schedule. An online school seems like the only possible solution, but I don't want to get ripped off with a cheap degree that is not worth the paper it's printed on. If someone out there knows a reputable school or had a good experience of their own they would like to share that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Nurses have typically told me to get an associates degree because I have already completed the bachelors degree work at UC Berkeley that is required in any bachelor's program. I worry because I hear that most jobs prefer Bachelor's degrees but I don't want to go through the program (an accelerated Bachelor's program) if an ASN will be fine.

I am a recent college graduate and have my BS in Secondary Education - Citizenship. I am now taking classes at a local community college for accounting. If I stay there I can get my associates in Accounting.

What exactly do I have to do to become a CPA?

Should I just complete my associates degree in accounting or should I transfer out to another college and get my BS?

Also, what do I have to do after I graduate? What tests do I have to take and what process do I have to go through.

Any information would help a lot....I'm a bit lost and the staff at the community college aren't very helpful.

Thanks!

BTW, I don't know if this matters or not, but I am living in Pittsburgh, PA

I haven't been to class recently. The syllabus says "Everyone must show up for the final" and "The test with the lowest grade will be dropped". If I do not show up, i will get a 0, which will in turn be dropped. I'm really sick and it's freezing out, and I have to walk a mile to get to class, so If I can avoid going out I'd like to. The test is in an hour, and i know he won't check his e-mail before then, or else i'd e-mail my professor. What does everyone think, is it safe for me to ditch?

I'm an A student in my field of study (creative writing), but this semester I'm taking a bunch of classes in other subjects to fill requirements. I started out working really hard as usual, only to find that I am doing about as well or worse than the people who've admitted to me that they don't study or that they do the minimum amount of work the day before it's due.

So now that I realize that putting in extra effort is a waste of time, I'm at a point where I hate my classes and am waiting until the day before huge assignments are due to start working. This is also making me miserable.

What can I do to get motivated enough to get through this semester, knowing that my grades are going to take a hit anyway?
