Any excellent Optometrists to shadow in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I'm interested in applying to Optometry school next year and would like to gain clinical experience. For those who've shadowed, are there any Optometrists in particular that you would recommend?

You could try to get a student internship at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry (shall I assume you would be applying to this school?). If you are applying to Cal for optometry, it helps you if the faculty are familiar with you and like you.
