And how many years of college will it take? What does it take to be a good pharmacist and is it a good job?

What do you mean by take nursing classes first do you have to do that? There isn't just pharmaceutical classes?

It'll take 6 years.
Nursing courses, unless they are some general science courses, will not transfer over to pharmacy.

take nursing course first...subjects wil be credited if you shift to pharmacist
