Can you get certified to become a x-ray tech after going to school for limited x-ray tech.?

Yes, if you graduate from an accredited school, but it's possible that you might have to start over from scratch. Check ARRT.org for info.

I agree with RadTech. You may want to call the director of the program you wish to attend and see if any classes you have taken will transfer, but be prepared to start all over.
