Hi Everyone. I am a final year student at university and am studying Electrical Engineering. I have to do a project regarding this and I am finding it hard to chose the right project since there is a shortage of ideas. Is there anyone who can come up with any suggestions for my final year project. It doesn't just have to be about Electrical Engineerig it can be about Engineering (on its own), electronic and communication. Please think about this and give me some exciting ideas so that I can utilize and do the project perfectly.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message

I'm a sophomore at university, and still have no major. I have no idea what direction i want to go in. I'm interested in a lot of things, but couldn't make a career out of any of them. I was thinking about traveling for a semester or so to see what else the world offers outside the US. Any other ideas?

I'm a sophomore in college, and I still have no major. I hinted at being a business (marketing or MIS, possibly) major, but I slowly got turned off from that. I have no idea what I want to do for the rest of my life. I'm interested in a lot of things, but nothing that I could turn into a career. I was wondering if I should take a year or semester off from college, maybe do some traveling, and maybe get to know myself better. Maybe when I come back i'll have some idea of what I want to do with my life. Do you think this sounds like a good idea?

I am an out of state student w/ a relatively low GPA (like a 3.2 unweighted), but I have very high (90th percentile) SAT and SAT subject test scores. I have had my essay looked over by 3 english teachers at my school, and all of which said it was excellent. I am also involved in an after school club, I have job experience, and hours of volunteer work under my belt. I was just wondering if I have a chance of getting in, even w/ a low GPA? The admissions officers kind of beat around the bush when I ask them about the admissions process and such. Any input is appreciated!!

I am a junior in college. My dream was to always go to the University of Michigan and major in some type of business. U of M may be out of the question do to my poor grades in my freshman and sophmore year, but I still am going to college. Anyway I have always been the type of kid who made money various types of ways, rather it was starting a small profit business on eBay or trading and selling different items. Problem is I dont know all the business classes and how they work. Only class I really know is business management, but I hear people dont want managers out of high school. For someone who has wanted to go to college and major in some form of business I should be a little bit more knowledgeable in these areas. So I'm guessing this is my first step. What I'm trying to ask you guys to do (any one with spare time. this is a lot to ask) is to list the different type of business degrees with mabye a little information on them on the side (Job opportunity, detailed info on the class).

I would hopefully one day become a radiologist and examine x-rays and such. The school I'm going to offers an associates in radiography but I don't know if I should get into the program. I think I should know how to work with x-rays and the machines before I get into the big stuff like diagnosing people like a radiologist. Tips please?

Yet, to be honest, they is very little I know about Information Systems. Is there someone who is familiar with this area of Computer Science and could maybe give me some themes to choose from to write my dissertation on.

Hi, I am a junior who is looking for an internship in either business (preferrably marketing) or pyschology or journalism for the summer of 2008. I live in Fremont, California and am open to anything. I want to do this internship in order to go to Uc Berkeley, so if there is any intership connected to the school that would be even better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
