I would say that if you are having serious memory problems, law school would not be a great idea. Also, if you think that if you get a law degree you will easily be hired by a major law firm, you are bound to be disappointed; while law schools don't discriminate, most of the firms do.

once you get into any type of graduate program you will see a lot of people who most likely didn't go in right after their undergraduate. I am actually planning on going to law school. From everyone I've talked to, the first year is hell and there is almost no possibility of working. it is also very expensive. go for it if you are up for the challenge! also in reference to one of the previous answers, it is not necessary to go into a huge firm to still do ok.
