I want to go back to school for my masters degree. I am thinking about Stony Brook's master of Professional development. The courses are geared toward human resources and it kinfd of looks like a neasy piece of **** degree. I care not if i learn a darn thing. However, I want to know if employers would even know what his degree means and if it should help in getting a promotion or another job? anyone got a comment?

I do not have the slightest idea what this degree contains. Sounds a bit off the wall. But I could be wrong. (Prof. Emeritus)

Sounds like a good degree for you. You and it will be of no value to employers.
