My ex-girlfriend's mother has been critizing me lately on my decision on not attending college this semester. She knows that I can't drive to the fact that I suffer from seizures. She says that's no excuse. Recently, my grandma has been diagnosed with a stomach tumor in her stomach, but we're hoping that it isn't a cancerous one. If I told her this, she'll still take it as an excuse. To top it off, she rubs in the fact that her daughter works for Office Depot and is going to 2 schools instead od one. (Community College, and University)

i'm scared because i'll be graduating in june and i will be going college maybe. but i'm scared because i don't think i can do it. the college part i mean. i'm not the smartest person and i'm not sure if its waste of time and money to even bother trying. should i just skip college and get a job or what? is it normal to feel this way?

I wasn't able to send my documents/apply for financial aid to Cornell before the Jan 1 deadline. However, yesterday they sent an email to me saying they would still consider me if I sent everything in two weeks. They had already received my online application (essays), and SAT scores. Does that mean I am a good candidate, or is this just standard college policy to avoid being sued?

Please can someone help me choose a language for my university course. I got an A* in Spanish and an A* in German GCSEs last year. I am also doing russian this year (I'm in my first year of 6th form) and I'm trying to choose a language to do with spanish at uni (to study Modern Languages and I need to study 2 to do so). It's not that I'm ambivalent to choice and that I don't care which I do as long as I do spanish, but I was wondering which languages would go well with it (I don't do french, as I didn't do it for GCSE, so I don't think I can start it from scratch). I neither want to do German or Russian, as I want to try a new language instead. Could anyone help me with which language would go well with Spanish and why? Thank you so much for anybody's help xx

Does anyone have any opinions about the Devry University Masters of Accounting/Finance program that is offered through the school? Do prospective employers take this degree seriously? Will students in the end make around the same amount of money then if they went to a state college for there MaCC (masters of accounting)?

I'll be 25 when the course starts. I have D in Alevel English. 10 GCSES at grade C. But only have D in GCSE Maths which seems be a bit of a problem.
When I was at school i didn't like thought of uni but i want to do it now. I could do a Access course. do you choose the subject of access courses or are general studies focused.

I should probably contact the unis I know, but i don't think I know enough about what I'm talking about to contact them! Help please!!

i am a 11th std science student,planning to change my stream to commerce,plz let me knw abt the career options after HSC (12th std)in commerce or arts.i like dont like maths much as ai am weak in it.but i love literature,i like helping people,i even love the subject of psychology.on the contrary i even like managing or organising people.i hate science as its terribly tough.i am totally confused.
