Some jobs require it. If that's what they want to do, then that's what they have to do. It's like med school. You kill yourself when going through med school and residency. But, if you want to be a doctor, that's what you have to do. Not everyone wants to take the easiest path in life. You don't become successful by always taking the easiest path in life.

there are many here who have completed phd and they are really worth less.
some times these people dont help others and they become egoists.
