an application was made for admission into abuja university. but to find out whether mr. obinna ikechukwu's name was shortlisted the abuja university website was blocked. what do i do to access the website? can you assist me to know if his name was shortlisted?

Well, this is my vote for favorite question of the month.
It raises some fascinating questions, like why Obinna Ikechukwu's brother is doing his Web searching for him, and how he happened to gain the impression that Yahoo Answers is equivalent to the website of Abuja University.
I certainly hope that you didn't send any money along with the application. In any event, a letter--on paper, and addressed to the Dean of Admissions at the noble institution--would probably be the most efficient way to get an answer.
