I had done my BE in Informational Technology in 2006. Now, i had a industry experience of six month.
1) Does, experience matters while taking addmission in MS?
2) What other factors matter?
3) Bank are giving financial loan on which background?

If you get your BA in MS, your BE in IT and then your MS in the US, you should think seriously about getting your LT in NRO or perhaps your GYW in QVA. As you can tell, ideas wise, I have sweet F.A.

1) If you have an experience in software engineering and you're applying for an MS in computer science then your experience, kind of projects you have done will help in your application, But if you're working in a software firm and are applying for Electrical engineering, then it may not make much difference. 2) The most important factors arre GRE/TOEFL scores, undergraduate transcripts, results and Statement of Purpose (most important).
3) Banks in India provide student loans for studying abroad. There is no requirement for that except you should be able to pay it back.
