I have a degree in Music Education. My 2-yr provisional license expires in June. I have to take 3 credit hours to renew it. I want to take a class that will count towards my Masters. I don't know whether to go for a Masters in Education degree at the local private college I graduated from or a Masters in Music Education from the big state college. I'd go for the plain Education degree with thoughts that someday I might get my license in Early Childhood as well to have more options. I love music ed but I don't think I'm good enough at my instrument to audition for grad school. Help me think of some pros/cons and other considerations that can guide me to the right path.

Has or does anyone go to CIA in Hyde Park? I have my AAS in Culinary from another school, and I'm thinking about going to CIs for my BS. Unfortunately, none of the admissions reps want to talk to you unless you're ready to go NOW. Can anyone give me some inside advice on the BS in Culinary Management program? Do you think all of my credits (from Le Cordon Bleu Chicago) will transfer? Is CIA really as hard core as everyone thinks?

I was wondering if sports basically demeans colleges and college education. Other than he money sporting events bring in ..... should sports be a factor in choosing recipients of scholarships ?
Are some subjects .... or courses taylored so that someone that is good in the sports field but lacking in academics passes ? Could we bring the entire educational experience to a higher level by taking sports out of the quotient ? What's your opinion ..... are sports overrated and overfunded ?

I wanted to study physical therapy, I scored a C and C- in my chemistry classes and I took an easier Biology course in college. I don't have anatomy or physics in college. Can I take the AP exams to waive out of these classes, or do I need to take the actual courses? I graduated from college and graduate school, with a BS in economics, and a MS in Accounting. Do I need to apply to undergraduate school to take these classes to get the credits or graduate school or continuing education

Well I'm a High School Senior in New York, I used to live in California but moved here about a year and a half ago. Now after I graduate High School I plan on applying to a school and then moving back to California, the thing is tuition and applying has been bothering me since a slightly different set of factors play in when I'm not a Cali resident anymore.

So I was wondering I've lived here and gone to school here in NY for about 1 and a half years coming up on two this August, am I still a California resident? Or am I officially an NY resident?
And whether I am CA or NY how long does it take for one to become a resident of a state? Are the time periods different for each?

As I understand it, strangely enough the phramacy field has an unevenly large portion of female than male. Why do you think that is? How do guy pharmacists like their job? I mean, I know the whole part-time thing, benefits, and others are great for women. (I don't mean any disrespect, but many of my female friends tell me that it is true). But for guys, do you feel like you have no more promotion or whatever. Anything, any feedback is appreciated.
