hi there,, my term paper is about leadership .. I have to talk about any subject related to it.. a person who was a great leader(please suggest for me any one) or I have to summarize a book into 15 pages!!! what do you think? please suggest for me a subject under leadership

I recommend looking at te facet that some claim great leaders create other leaders. (Mentioned in John Maxwell's 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.) Under this context a man such as Vince Lombardi (who is consider an excellent leader in NFL history) but created no other leaders. His legacy died. Whereas the premise of this is that a person's legacy will be carried on by those who they create to lead after they pass. Also this could tie in with the idea of servant leadership, which looks not to be self-sering but for the better good of all involved. Whether you are a Christian or not, or even religious, look at Jesus Christ. He was a man that create other leaders who in turn created other leaders and this led to a following that has shaped 2000 years of history in many ways. Historically speaking, a man that lived in the first century greatly influenced all of Western Civilization in HUGE ways.

I had a class just like that. i wrote about Bill Gates. There are many like Oprah, Clinton, music stars, celebrities, your personal hero, etc.
Pick a person you are interested in and then it will not be difficult to read the book or write about it.
