Ive read an article on the london south bank university website that says according to a survey that undergraduates who study there will earn £185,600 more than someone without a degree. it also says that the average graduate earns £160,000 more than someone without a degree. southbank claims that there degrees are worth £25,600 more than the average graduate earns in his working life. is this article true or is this a load of nonsense?.

Edu-Loan
One of today's major problems is the crippling cost of education. It also a well-known fact that outstanding student fees at tertiary educational institutions have increased astronomically over the past few years. This has resulted in increasing financial difficulties for those institutions.

Edu-Loan provides affordable educational finance to students at South Africa's leading educational institutions. Edu-Loan achieves this effort well within the regulatory framework and its own self-regulating criteria which have been applied since the company's establishment.

Edu-Loan also offers these students a unique kind of financial assistance. It not only helps students spread the cost of education but Edu-Loan also gets involved in spreading the increasing high costs of educational accessories (such as textbooks, stationery) through their Edu-Xtras division.

Even though i would love to go to a state university, i really really really want to go to UC DAVIS! i just love the smell of the farms. I have plenty of Extra Curricular activities and have attended leadership programs. I volunteer at a hospital, i will be doing an internship over there too. I havent taken my SAT however. I am planning on taking some community colleges over the summer to increase my GPA. So is there anyway i have a chance... btw.. i am an immigrant and i live in Richmond, Ca.... A very dangerous place to live in.

We got 8 inches of snow last night and all of the colleges in the area as well as all public schools were closed. My University stayed open. I went to class because I had an exam and couldn't miss it. I got there 2 hours early because the roads were horrible and I also wanted to study a bit before the exam. There was no class cancellation sign on the door so I (as well as the rest of the class) waited and our prof never showed up.

I think my professor didn't want the department to know that he didn't come in because he's already missed 3 classes this semester (classes started a month ago) and didn't want to get in trouble for calling off again. If he had called off they would have put a sign up and the dept would have e-mailed us to let us know class was cancelled. This would have saved us all the hassle of driving to class and wasting our time waiting for him. Some of us have a 45 minute drive to class.

Should I call the department and let them know that he didn't show up today?

I'm writing an essay for college, and I need to use the phrase "I understand how much easier it may be to google this topic"

Has google reached the point where it can be used as a verb?

I don't want to get dinged for grammar for not using google as a proper noun.

I attend a very hard high school and I have about 3 tests or quizzes a day. I have a 95.23 average without a curve. But, I am very nervous that it won't stay this way next year(when I'm a sophmore) and when I'm a junior because I'll be taking A.P classes. Please, let me know if you think my average should drop, stay the same or go up with A.P classes I'll be taking then and with the curve I should be getting(even considering my school is not the easiest one to attend).

I've looked at various grad schools in the east from UF, UGA, and Tuskeegee up to Michigan, Iowa, and Penn State. Anything would be helpful, even if it's not necessarily in the Midwest/West. I've thought about overseas, but the U.S. Exams don't seem to be very appealing.
