Community college programs usually last 2 years. However, if you need to take extra classes - eg. English as a Second Language, Reading Comprehension, Basics of College Algebra, etc. - then it may take you a couple of extra semesters to finish your Associate's degree. Talk to your college counselor to see if there is a way to speed up the process such as waiver exams (CLEP, AP, etc).
Good Luck!

An average community college program is HALF of a full college degree. If you are studying 15 or so hours a semester, that's two full years to get your associates.

It depends on your major and it takes 2 years to complete. If you have to work then it will take longer to finish.
