You will need to complete the TOEFL, but SATs are not required (that's an American requirement). Apply directly to the CDN institution you'd like to attend and then after that they'll help you to apply for a VISA. Average marks for Engineering schools differ based on programs. For instance, mining engineering (80%+) traditionally has a lower entry average than engineering science (92%+) and it also depends on the institution.

You will need a student visa....and to get one of those you need a letter of acceptance from a college or university....a sponsor (someone who will agree to be responsible for you while you are here...a letter of credit....a letter indicating you have no police record...a letter of health....and a few other things....but the two most important are the letter of acceptance and a sponsor.
