Which one has a better fuutre? {Bachelor ofScience in IT} or {Bachelor of Computer Applications}?

I have 12 years experience in IT I can even teach dbms and vb 6.0 but i need papers. I have nough qualification to go for both in high school which I finnished about 9 uears ago. Which one do you think has a brighter future?

1) where do u do the courses from
2) job market in ur area!
3) ur background
