You can definitely do a PGCE with a 2:2 - I did. I met a lot of fellow student teachers who also had 2:2s as well, and they went on to become great teachers.

Yes you can get on both no probs

You just need to sell yourself and be convincing a little bit more
but a 2.2 is not a barrier

I personally know people doing masters with 2.2

for a pgce i would even say they would pick an enthusiastic 2.2 over a 2.1 who does not seem that interested

You can get a place on both with a 2.2 - however it does depend on the institution. the best thing to do is to ring up the admissions and see what they say.

I got on a Masters with a desmond and i got funding for the course and living costs.

I think that it also may depend on what masters you want to do

You can get on a PGCE course with a third class degree.
And these are the people that are going to be teaching our kids...

Yes, I did both (and a 2.2). Also, once you have a Masters it should open the door to a Ph D, well mine did. I shows you have significantly more to offer than an ordinary graduate and know already what is expected of you.

Yes, I should think so. However it will depend on the competitiveness of the course and the policy of the individual university. With a Third or lower you would be struggling, but with a 2.2 you should be OK.

Not sure about the masters, but PGCE definitely. Just depends which University or SCITT programme you do.

I would take some additional courses with the intention to improve the GPA. I know it seems like a waste BUT go for a second major- and study hard do the work- You will find it wans't a waste.

Uhm, it will be hard but anything is possible. They will put you on a provisional status if accepted so you can prove yourself.
