- Like if your professor brings up a social issue, do you have to say something in class? I for the most part keep my emotions and opinons to myself. Why do I need to speak in class? My papers, homework, and exams should speak enough.

Ok i just got done with undergrad, now what?? look for a job?? I dont know where to start... i mean i want to do a lot of things im in my early 20's. How do you know that the career path you're taking is the right one? Im afraid to choose one path, and find out that its not what I want.. I dont want to waste time and effort on that path.. How do you know what you are suppose to be when you grow up? I am starting my masters program next year, and that would be for 2 more years. I guess my life is boring, all i have is homework. All my other freinds, are married have families, have a nice house and going for things..

- Why do some people need weeks and 50 hours of studying a week? Maybe I'm a little naive but is this based more on how many classes are having upcoming exams or is this the norm? Although I don't plan on being social and a "partier" in college I think I will have a nervous breakdown in college. I am dead serious.

i got a book report due and im suppose to have a title page. the paper said this:

the report must include a title page with the following: name, date period, title of book, author, and # of pages in book.

what am i suppose to do i dont get how to write that as a title page. please help or give examples please. thank you

This paper was due last Thursday. But everytime I start, or even think of starting, I get terrified of failure and I just shut down. It's not like I don't care about doing well in school; in fact I can look forward to a lifetime of miserable jobs if I don't get a degree. I'm already getting some serious late marks docked, and if I don't hurry up and hand it in I won't get any marks for it at all.

Help!

- I don't see the purpose of it in my life; I am not the type of person to try to socially fit in; I never have and never will; the time I spend with other people that I will never really be close with, I can spend with myself doing what I love to do best: be by myself
- Other than "meeting new people" what reason can you come up with for me to join a club in college?

Okay. So I'm currently a Junior. I have a 3.7 GPA and I'm in top 25% [Yeah.. I know not the brightest cookie in the box.. but I'm trying..].

I was wondering.. if I don't do as hot as I should on the SAT's would my GPA and class ranking help me a bit? Or none at all?

Also.. since I am a junior, would taking the SAT in January be a good idea? After recieving results [if they're good results] would it be too early to apply for the college that I wish to attend? Would they accept me even if I am a Junior now? Because by the time results come in and transcripts and applications are sent, I would be sort of in the transition of becoming a senior in high school anyways right?

Well, anyways, just trying to get a head start. It's MUCHLY appreciated.

*I'm currently a freshman and I am taking all Honors classes (Honors Geometry, Honors World History 9, Honors English, & Honors Integrated Science I), Spanish I, and P.E.

*What are extracurriculars and can you please give me some examples? I hear that doing extracurricular activites are a great way to get into great schools.

*Also, since I'm going to only take P.E. for 2 years (< that's the requirement, I'll be taking it both freshman & sophmore year)... What should I do for junior and senior year? I'm not much of a "sports" person, so what do I do for junior and senior year so I can get into Stanford? Doing a sport isn't the ONLY way to get into an amazing college.

*How do I recieve an academic scholarship?

*On my transcript, will they record the # of hours I did community service or just write yes or no for completing the minimum of 25 hrs? Is joining 1 club okay? Or should I join more?

*My dream is to get into Stanford University! Please tell me ALL the requirements!
