I live in Hawaii, my class is based on MST. What is the time difference?

I live in Hawaii, my class is based on MST. What is the time difference? I have no clue because we do not have Daylight savings and the likes here in Hawaii. Please help me :)

MST is 3 hours ahread of HST.
