what are the best recognized schools of social work in the USA and Canada? Please only reply if you have some insight to give - I don't need to be told how to do a google search, lol thanks :)

I go to Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and they have a really GOOD program. Also UPENN (Ivy League) has a VERY GOOD program they cost a little too much for me!!!!!!!

The University of Michigan has a strong program. So does Smith College, which is interesting given that it is a liberal arts college and doesn't have too many professional programs. It is somewhat unorthodox in that much of the instruction happens over the summers and you do your practical training during the year.
