I know that one can complete 2 years of pre-pharmacy study and then apply to an accelarated PharmD. Program for 3 years, but what I want to know is are there any 0-5 years Pharmacy Program for students directly out of high school that does not require reapplying after two years like an interview, letters of recommedations, etc.? All answers are greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for a website that will give me access to Microsoft Office tools as a trial / free, or maybe just Word and powerpoint at a student discounted rate. Can anyone refer me?

call me cynical, but i have this theory that in today's world, many middle class kids just go to college because it's what's expected of them, because their parents have enough money to send them to college, because there are lots of colleges out there and they're bound to get in somewhere, even if they didn't have good grades in high school, and because they are told that they won't be able to get a job unless they go to college.

however, they don't really care about learning. they don't really care about education. they're just doing what they think they're supposed to do.

am i being way to cynical?
i'm not saying this is true of all college students. but i think it's definitely true of a lot of them. what % of college students do you think would fit into this category, and what % are actually passionate about education and learning?

This might seem confusing, so I'll do my best to explain it correctly so that I can get an answer.

e.g.
1. thesis
2. support thesis with reason number one
3. support thesis with reason number two
4. support thesis with reason number three

For numbers 2, 3, and 4... here's the question I ask - is it okay to do the following:

2. I'd start off the sentence with the word "MOREOVER"
3. I'd start off the sentence with the word "ALSO"
4. I'd start off the sentence with the word "FURTHERMORE"

Would this be considered a good order?

I hope I explained this to a way others can understand.

As a college freshman, one has to take certain courses that the university feels they need to graduate with their intended degree, these courses are called general education courses. But even though majority of these courses were offered in high school, should they, in turn, be required to take again in college? That's the issue! Please justify your answer.

Growing up I always believed that I was genuinely interested in the sciences, particularly laboratory work.

Now that I'm in college, I have not enjoyed nor have performed well in my science courses (i.e. Chemistry, Biology, etc.)

BUT ---I wanted to major in a science just so I could hopefully find a Secure job but not necessarily for my own personal fulfillment.

My real passions are Music and History, but WHAT THE HECK can I really do with majors in those subjects.

I may seem close-minded, but please---Enlighten me.

In this sentence does the first use of the word "genocide", the one in parenthesis, seem redundant? Should I take it or should I leave it?

Hotel Rwanda in my opinion, backed up by the actual historical records says that George romanticized an unpleasant time in history (the genocide) as he reworked the historical material to heavily tone down the intensity of the genocide violence.

I want to take an online course or online courses that will boost my GPA and have it finished by February 2007. It doesn't matter what the name of the school is or where it is, as long as I can register now and finish it by Feb. 2007. But the school has to be accredited. I go to school in Louisiana, and I already checked with ULM. Also, does anyone know of any WinterSessions or other short-term semesters at colleges/universities that offer online courses without prerequisites? I really hope someone can help me. Thanks.

I have a bachelor's degree, so I can write the level 1 exam at any time (I will actually write it in June 2007.) Now I'm doing a second bachelor's degree, and I will graduate in June 2008 and I'll probably start working in September of that year.
Do I have to wait until 2009 or I can write level 2 in 2008, even if I don't have work experience?

- It just seems like too much for me. The crazy super studying and boring papers; I honestly don't think I will be able to handle it; I am already unstable and have many doubts about myself and I think I will have a nervous breakdown...Or am I just quote unquote "trippin?" The studying is what is really freaking me out; I am usually optimistic in the day and pessimistic by night
