An undergraduate level in college is a degree lower than a master's degree (masters are considered graduate degrees and PhDs are considered post-graduate degrees).

A BA (Bachelor of Arts) is one of the many Bachelor's degree which is a 4-year undergraduate degree.

An associate degree is also considered an undergraduate level in college, but is a two year degree.
