The only online degrees that are taken seriously are those offered by real brick-and-mortar institutions, like state colleges and universities. Examples: Kansas State U, Colorado State U, North Carolina State U, Pennsylvania State U, Washington State U, etc.

University of Phoenix...Shaq graduated from there recently (within the last 2 years I think). Also, Florida State University has online degree programs that are accredited and good.
