just repeat the classes you failed and nothing bad will come of it, except for the fact that you migh lose your financial aide.

A few classes isnt too bad, just repeat those classes and pass. But if you decide to start a new transcript, you can always add those grades from the jr college whenever you're ready unless you just didnt want to have to take the classes that you passed in jr college over again. Just remember that when and if you do keep your jr college grades, it will affect your overall gpa at that school you decide to attend, and it will bring it down because of those grades.

Its not bad, but the failed classes will stay on your transcript even if you transfer. Just retake them, and 4 year colleges will see that you tried to correct the problem. My college is a Jr. college and will let me retake the classes and raise my GPA when I do. If you don't retake them the low GPA will follow you to your new school.

It all depends on what those classes were. If they're classes in the field you want to go into, then you should definitely retake them. But if they're outside your field, then they might not hurt you that much.
True, overall GPA is important, but it's more important to do well in your degree field. So failing say Astronomy when you're majoring in business isn't that bad. But failing marketing would be.
And some people don't fail a class because it's beyond them, but rather their professor was lousy, hectic work schedule, course overload, personal problems, etc. This also factors in.
