I know that one can complete 2 years of pre-pharmacy study and then apply to an accelarated PharmD. Program for 3 years, but what I want to know is are there any 0-5 years Pharmacy Program for students directly out of high school that does not require reapplying after two years like an interview, letters of recommedations, etc.? All answers are greatly appreciated.

while I got in after two years of pre-Pharmacy, it is pretty rare nowadays. I've never heard of Pharmacy schools effectively accepting people straight out of high school.

Never heard of such a program. All of the out of high school programs I know of are 0+6.
