I am not an authority in this area, but the following institutions are some of the better known ones that offer such programs:
Syracuse University
U. of Massachusetts (Amherst)
SUNY Oswego
NYU
Bowling Green State University

I know what your career plans are, but you might want to think about whether taking Sports Management as a major is a good idea. For a start I'd suggest you do 2 things:
1. When you speak to the people at the schools you apply to, ask them specifically which teams their graduates work for. Ask if there any alums that you can speak with. Ask which teams they have intern programs with.
2. Check the educational credentials of the people who hold the jobs you want to work in. Do they have degrees in Sports Management? If not, what degrees did they get? It might be an eye opener.

Finally, consider the possibility that you will not get a job in the field of professional or college sports. Will your Sports Management degree be attractive to personnel people in other areas?
