I'm attending a 4 year university. Whenever I study at home I get distracted by the first thing that catches my eye, it seems like the library is the only place I can study for more than 2 hours at a time. My friends swear I have ADD, but I dont think it's that bad. What can I do to help myself concentrate?

What I mean is this. It seems that (at least in the USA) many of the classes were being taught by GTAs rather than professors. Although they tried (the GTAs) they were ill-equipped and uninformed. I feel as if I got cheated when it came to my college education. When I did get a professor they simply didn’t seem to care.
