the reason why i am asking this is because I do not want to test on animals to help them and what not.

Become a vegetarian. Or just work at an animal shelter.

Have you thought about training to be a Chef? Many people don't like vegetarian cooking because the recipes they've been exposed to food developed by "bad cooks". If you use your values while cooking, you can develop a good tasting vegan alternative, which might just encourage more people to give up meat.

Be a zoologist or a veterinarian, and on the side volunteer for one of those groups that help save animals or volunteer at the local animal shelters.

I'd suggest majoring in business. Once you take control of a company you will be able to change their policies.

Well, you could become a chef and specialize in vegetarian dishes. I personally don't mind eating meat but to each their own.
