Anything you want to. No need to be limited by the name of your degree. The world is wide open, and most people just want to know you persevered and followed through.

While one might think that a philosophy major has to become a Philosopher, there are plenty of other opportunities. For example, you learn about things like truth tables, which focuses on logical reasoning. Think about it, when would you need to use logic?
Lawyers use it all the time to effectively argue their cases. Managers use it all the time to justify their decisions and make the case that it was the right one.
Plus, because you do an awful lot of reading on how others view things, you can bring different perspectives to the table. Those in the sciences for example tend to see things in terms of black and white, while someone trained in philosophy would see those important shades of gray.
And there are plenty of philosophy grads who wind up in human resources doing interviewing because they learn how to structure questions and read people.
Adding some business to your degree definitely helps because it shows you'll have a basic understanding of business practices and terminology.

... sorry, couldn't resist.
I would say a lot. It seems that companies aren't always looking for what your degree is in, but rather that you have one.
If you want to truly be in the realm of philosophy, well then I would say you are looking at a tough row to hoe. I would say that your best bet is to get a teaching certificate and teach.

Steve Martin asked the same thing. He said that his post-graduation plans were to open a philosophy store.

You can go all deep and philosophical here, and other sites like it, or, you can work at a McDonald's. That's pretty much it. In a scene from Mel Brooke's hilarious movie "History of the World, Part I", philosophers are usually unemployed, and referred to as "Bullsh*tters!"
