Do something you love and you are passionate about, very hard to be lazy if you feel strongly about it.
Its also really good to have someone pushing u all the time. if u like you can have me mam for a few weeks she will kick ur a ss into shape lol.
Also a good idea to eat well, sleep well and to exercise.

Not hard really, first undestand that laziness is just an extension of your self. It only exists as a part of your approach to your life. You are the one who is defining laziness. Being lazy can be a sign that you have a lack of motivation. Who pays your bills, who feeds you , who provides what need... when you are young perhaps your parents do all these things for you... if so, you have been crippled thinking that someone else lives to take care of you, if so get over it. If you are older (at least old enough to live on your own,) again I say check your motivation, we all live in our personal comfort zones,,, if all your needs are being met whats the problem? If you have somehow learned to get what you need by manipulating the system and not working , hey go for it..... and let whoever said you are being lazy bother someone else with their judgements.... if course if you feel you are being lazy, then try beating the lazy thing by making a goal , then getting organized towards achieving the goal, and then perhaps keep a daily log to list what you have done towards your success.
Exercise can help with your energy, you must burn energy and energy will begin to flow into you. Take a walk, try eating less... being hungry can be a motivation.

Human beings are by their very nature Lazy - that's why we are called human beings and not human doings. Why do you consider yourself lazy, maybe you just need some motivation to do what needs to be done to meet objectives. What objectives are you trying to reach - if its not important enough you won't bother - try firstly deciding exactly what the objectives is and why you want it - when you have the right objective, you will become more driven. If you don't at least you won't die of a heart attach, there is a lot of be said for being laid back (lazy) as some would say.

If you 'Really' wanted to be successful in life relationships: business: or your carrier, etc: Laziness would not be a problem for you!!

Sadly: unless you win the lotto: most success needs & means… ‘WORK’!!

To really succeed in 'Anything' you have to:- Believe in yourself: and think BIG!!

1Decide what it is you ‘Really’ want
2Decide what you are willing to change, or do without, in order to get what you want!!
3Associate and mix with those people who will help and motivate you to achieve what you want!! Read, watch, & listen to successful people!!
4Have an organised plan/system that works!!
5Work that plan/system… setting yourself: Short: Medium: & Long term ‘Goals!!
6Don’t let ‘Anyone’ or anything make you loose focus of those goals, or get in your way to achieving them!!
7Be consistent and persistent in your efforts: and ‘You’ will succeed!!

If your lazy and bone idle: you will achieve very little worth achieving!!

Try to develope a routine approach. Tests prove that once you do something for 3 weeks, it will have become a routine job. Routine costs less energy than starting from scratch all the time. Also: reward yourself during these 21 days for persevering. Buy something outrageous or delicious. It will help you reach it easily. But reward comes only after you do your chore. If all else fails, join the army.

You can't wait for the right mindset, or you will just keep waiting. Seize the day -- go for the jugular. By taking action you are changing your behavior. And active behavior eventually becomes a habit, just as laziness does. Make a list, set your alarm and start living your life.

For me, short term goals. I did awful in high school but now I'm at a city college and it's a lot easier when you receive your final grade after a short semester (5 weeks). It's not like in High School when you would wait months to get a report card.

Find your passion. If you really love what you're doing it's a sure way to beat laziness.

Work on your self-esteem, that's the key. Also make sure your "laziness" isn't something else that could be physical... such as depression or diabetes.
