i just met with the college i was looking at for a Medical Assistant Program, and got accepted. I start this coming Monday! A little nervous.......
any tips to help me succeed???

Everyone is nervous- but you are in for one of the best times of your life hopefully!
Work hard and play hard and experience much as you can! Enjoy the academic and social side in equal measures, you'll never be so free again or in such a great melting pot of people and ideas, although you'll probably not realise it at the time.
Good luck, it'll be fine, just make sure if you need help you ask for it, lecturers, other students, they'll all help you and if you do have any problems ask before it becomes a crisis!

Congratulations!!! Just do whatever it takes for you to succeed in school. Find out what the requirements are and complete every single one. Not just requirements to graduate, but also requierments to do well. You have already taken a big step toward success.

Congratulations! Just don't over work yourself too much, but don't party too much either. When they tell you everyone fails an exam their first semester... they are right, so don't stress out too much over one or two bad grades, just learn to study better. Get involved in activites outside of classes, it will help you more than you realize. Enjoy yourself, this is your time now!

don't get caught up in the parties! when kids first get away from their parents and are on their own, they have a tendency to go crazy and want to party all the time instead of going to class. study, give it an honest go, and you'll do just fine.

Just pace yourself and stay focused, if you go accepted you can do it! You'll be okay in a few days!! Get excited and celebrate lady!!

Study and attack each course by its own standard laid out in the course syllabus.
