I love it. I have been in software engineering for over 20 years. There are so many different aspects from leadership to design to testing to coding. It can fit many different skill sets and interests. It has been the best field for me. Maybe others have fields they like! I like it too because it is a profession that you can take with you to a different company. I like the people in the field as well. Engineers are my favorite types to work with. Good luck!!
