I am buying an HDTV and i have narrowed it down to two tv's.
There is a sharp aquos that has a dynamic CR of 6000:1
Then there is a Samsung that has a dynamic CR of 8000:1
other than that they are the same....would i be able to tell much of a difference between the two?

Please don't tell me when there's a demand for it. That was a lame answer you gave me the last time the question was asked. I've read about it and its claims to to be less expensive, with a better picture than LCD or Plasma. It was due out in 2008 according to this article.

I got a LCD Digital TV with built in freeview, yesterday for christmas. On some ITV Channels and channel 4 on freeview it keeps pausing and stutering but it fine on the rest of the channels. What could be causing this?

Why must all broadcasts be digital? What are the benefits? What will this mean for consumers?

This is for an older TV that is at the cabin. Not worth getting satelite to it, and don't want to buy a new TV for it either.

system to it. I am trying to hook this up for my son. He had the old XBOX system, which was connected to the cable box, and the red, blue, and green cables connected to the tv.
Now I disconnected these cables in order to hookup the new 360 system. I hooked up the power cord, and set the setting to HDTV, and hooked up all the cables (red, green, blue...etc..etc.)...He is able to play the game, but now I don't have the TV. I don't get a picture. The only way I do is to disconnect the 360, and plugged back in the original cables, (red, blue and green), which is connected to my cable box.
I don't want to have to do this every time he wants to play a game. I hope someone understand what I am saying.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a wall mount HDTV, well my parents do, and when i plug in the dvd player into the jack's on the front the framing is completely off, with a black bar on the right side, and the screen disappearing on the left, tried other dvd players, same thing, so i know it's the tv.

Is there a way to reset it? I don't know what the model number is since it's not my tv.

Thanks in advance.!

Hey

Merry christmas too you all.

Got a samsung hd tv, 19 inch. Works a wonder on my ps3 games.

But when it comes to normal tv, such as bbc 1, 2, itv 3 etc. It seems to have a poor reception, and it is fuzzy a bit.
How can i fix this?

Thanks
