My bet is that you just hooked up a new tv and haven't gone through the automated channel population program yet.
Set the swithch on the back of your TV to Ch 3 or Ch 4. Whatever you selected - select the SAME channel on your tuner.
Next - using your remote - select menu and find teh menu for auto channel or something that indicates to execute an auto channel search.
Press OK.
This will scan all available cable channels.
This should solve your problem.
If all else fails - read your manual.
I know - I hate reading those too - but the infromation is there, somewhere.
good luck!

Also, make sure that you are not looking for a channel that is not available over the air and that requires a cable box to get. To get the full quality out of your TV, you should get a cable box anyway (if it is HD)

Probably a TV setup problem. Run through your channel setup routine again. Make sure noone has disabled any channels (like all the spanish speaking channels) on your tv.

Check the book for the TV, you may need to set it up for CATV not Antenna.
