We have notice various products including one made by Magellan. I would appreciate honest comments about the better model, etc., but more what is the on-going costs????

I am working with my dad in Florida (deerfield beach) and when I get time off i would like to play my xbox!! But their is one problem I cant play it cause the tv doesnt have the yellow,white, and red cords!! Its an old fashion tv it only has the cable cord!!!! How can I hook up my xbox to the tv without buying a VCR or a dvd player!!!!! please help!! Most helpful gets 5 points!!!

im trying to get m4a files to play on the psp but if i put them in the music folder it wont even show up, and in the instruction manual sony says that the psp CAN play m4a and acc files, can anyone help?

I am trying to record a TV show...

But the letter "L" shows up on the VCR (not TV)

I press TV/VCR and the TV screen goes black

Does anybody know what the letter "L" means on the VCR?

and if so... do you know what I can do to get rid of it?

If I were to go after getting an AA in Electronics I would only be 20 units away(all Electronics courses). El. is just something I've always been interested in. However, I know that mere interest is not the best idea when it comes to choosing something like this. Do eletricians make decent money?

I am serving with the Army in Italy right now, when I finally got my desktop computer I was to excited I guess and plugged it in without turning the switch from 115 to 220 volt. It made a loud pop and smelled burned. Did I just trash my beloved PC or did I (hopefully) just blow the Power supply unit? Please help fast. Thank you.

Itunes songs not copying to Ipod?
Ok, I have an Ipod Nano, and it generally works great. I understand how to load songs into it, and everything. In my family we have all of our songs on one computer, and we all buy songs on seperate accounts and then share them off the computer. But the songs that my little sister buys on her account will not go on my Ipod...I know I have plenty of space on my Ipod, so I don't understand why the songs bought on her account will not go on it...Everything else works perfectly...Also the songs are on the computer, and you can listen to them...? What's up?

I am part way through a speaker project. I have the cabinet built, but i also have built an amp. I need to know what terminals go where.

The amp is powered via 12v, but i wanted to power it with 230v mains supply. I have the transformer, so i need to know what inputs and outputs go where. Thanks

I have a situation where i should measure rectangular waveforms of pulse widths in the order of several micro seconds. This requires a digital CRO and i am not able to get it anywhere. Logic analysers in my college lab are not showing real time waveforms generated on a micro-controller pin.

So. i have a plan of making my computer act like a CRO which gets its inputs from 25pin connector, or usb or something else .

Is there some software which simulates a CRO and accepts real time signals which can be installed on my computer?

I manage a drive-in movie theatre and we transmit our sound over FM. We get a great signal all over the field where people view the movie and we even get a good signal for up to about a half mile around. However, we have a small building for the box office which is about 500 yards away from the transmitter and there seems to be a 20-25' radius black hole around the box office building where we can't get any FM signal. I've tried using an external antenna and even that doesn't help much.

Up until about 2 years ago we were able to receive the FM signal at the box office building. About the only thing that's changed is we installed a computer. However, the signal still seems to be bad when the computer is off.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
