psp audio playback?

im trying to get m4a files to play on the psp but if i put them in the music folder it wont even show up, and in the instruction manual sony says that the psp CAN play m4a and acc files, can anyone help?

It might only play certain MP4 audio formats. MP3, MP4, ATRAC3plus™, ATRAC3™, WAV and WMA - http://www.us.playstation.com/psp/about/music

You might want to try converting what you have into MP3 for your PSP.

you need to have more than 2.7 firmware to put those files.
