My Hp photosmart digital camera always used to work until recently. For some reason, though I put in new duracell batteries (which charge upto 100% on the power level gauge thing) it won't allow me to take photos, it says low battery. Tried other new batteries as well. Though it will let me scroll through pictures on the camera and the menu options etc. Going to get some rechargeable batteries, but will this fix the problem? It always used to work before...?

I accidentaly clicked "format" on my Digital Camera and when I did that it erased ALL of my pictures,some of my dad I took a couple of weeks ago unfortunatley my father moved away on Friday and I will not see him for about 2 years, Is there anyway to retrieve these pictures?

I just bought a 4 gb memory card today and i wanted to know if my camera is compatible with it because on the website where i bought it it only said it was SD compatible? And does it make a difference if it has HC at the end?

I have found two cameras at a pawnshop that I am willing to buy
Both 79.99 but I am not sure which one I should buy

Kodak Easyshare C743 7.0 megapixels digital camera

~OR~
Casio Exilim (I am not sure if this next part is right but I think so) Ex Z50 --but may be different-- 5.0 megapixels digital camera!
They are both as small as I want because I like to carry them around in my purse what I am looking for is a camera with these asserories

1. Self Timer~~~I need this
2.Long lasting batteries --some days I take about 10-15 3.pictures a day--
4.a clear picture
5.a good camera that won't make my pictures washed out if I am in the sun
6.something so I don't have to hold the button long so I don't miss a picture--I think it is called shutter display?

I would like you to let me know what of these things do these cameras have so I can pick I am having a hard time!

I keep hearing how important the number of megapixels is, but the camera I'm looking at only lists the resolution as 100k pixels. Also, for Image Resolution it says 352 x 288 Pixels (HQ) and 176 x 144 Pixels (LQ). Can anybody interpret these numbers for me, and let me know if this is at least a half-decent camera? The price is pretty low, so if it's decent I want to buy it. Thank you.

I've tried to buy Canon products from Photonation, Broadway photo, and Bestpricecameras.com. These companies advertise low prices then after you place the order they send you an order confirmation asking you to call them to "verify" your order. They then proceed to sell you warranties or sell you accessories that you don't want or need. Their final ploy is to tell you that the product you are buying is not a US model and that it is cheap because it is a foreign model with no warranty. Despite the information at their site saying they ship in 1 to 3 days they then tell you that the product will be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks!
Photonattion told me that a camera I ordered has a magnesium body instead of whwtever Canon normally uses. My take is Canon does not make inferior products to sell overseas. If the product is inferior it has to be illegal and these companies should be prosecuted for selling bogus products.
Bestpricecameras told me a lens I was ordering used plastic instead of glass

ok this is confusing but......ok i have been downloading stuff with kodack easyshare the camera and the dock for a long time but today when i tryed to download a movie it wouldnt work!!! Nothing would happen!!! And yes everything was plugged in the cords and the chip were all in!! Then i went onto kodak easyshare and clicked on transfer/sync and it said that nothing was plugged in!!! What should i do??
