open door to toilet place camera in toilet. since there is not a braket in the toilet to hold the camera steady you will have to crawl in toilet with camera. Once in place reach up and pull the flush handle.

Open toilet door.
install camera.
shut the door.

But boy, you will be disappointed, I assure you.
Try ladies bathroom, instead, if you are so desperate.
