im looking for a camera that has fantastic camera and is almost comparable to a good SLR. im looking for a stylish point and shoot that still has fantastic quality. i looked into the Sony T100 and placed an order, but had to cancel because the product was backordered and would take a month to ship. the day i cancelled, they announced the T200, so i said, thats a good thing. but if there is anything else, let me know. i want something for an amateur photographer who wants to shoot great scenery and epic shots with the sun and stuff like that. but i also plan to take pics of parties and my friends. so let me know of some good cameras. 8.1 megapixel or higher

I am looking at the LowePro Edit 110 ($21 at Best Buy) as a possibility. I like Velcro fasteners as opposed to zippers for easier access.

Any answers from personal experience with this camera (and bags) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I hate having to change them when I have to take close up photos and far photos.

I'm looking for a camera that has the ability to take close up (~40x) pictures of a needle going through fabric 1,000 times per second. I think the specs I'm looking for are 2,000 frames per second minimum and high resolution (1064x768) however I'm not sure where to find that kind of camera, what kind of lens I need, or what brand, etc... money is not a factor.

Besides a longer battery time i heard that with the additional voltage the flash will load faster? (making easy to take multiple indoor pictures fast. Is this true? are there other advantages? Because the biggest disadvantage i see is the added weight and also the need to buy more batteries. Please leave any opinions about this and please give some informationl links if you happen to have one, Thanks

I am starting to do glamour, langerie, and swimsuit shoots for friends and a few others. I need a new lens, I have narrowed it down to 3 and want the best one for the price. I will only buy a SONY. I know the Zeiss is best one, but is it really worth that much. Anyway, here are the choices, please give your educated and technical expertise which would be best for what I am doing. Thanks.

1. SAL-100M28 100mm f/2.8 Macro Sony ----- $675.00
2. SAL-85F14Z 85mm f/1.4 Zeiss Planar ----- $1300.00
3. SAL-50F14 50mm f/1.4 ------- $350.00
