I currently have an the orginal canon 18-55 kit lens, the canon 10-22mm wide angle lens, and now II'm considering a zoom. Also, I don't carry and extra flash ( just the one on the camera that pops up).Which would you reccommend the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L? Canon 70-300mm with IS? Or the Canon 28-135mm with IS?

Last night I went to take a picture or two, I got three pictures in and then the pictures would only show up halfway, like the shutter wasn't opening completely. I turned it off and when i went to turn it back on and nothing, not even the dead battery symbol.

Any idea?

I'm looking for a camera bag... actually preferably a backpack that will let me keep a 20 or 5D (Canon) sitting comfortably but also lets me keep my flash attached to it. From putting it on and taking it off all the time I'm scared I'm going to break the connector.

Ok, So I'm a dumb blonde. Thinking about getting the Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor Lens for my Nikon D40.

First question is, I don't know what mm's are so someone tell me in feet distance please

Second question is, will the D40 be able to focus in on moving objects with that far of a zoom lens? or will all my pictures be blurry?

The flash almost always overexposes everything. How do I fix that? I'm not standing too close to the subject when I try to use it.

What flash setting can I use for taking a picture at night?

What add on lens do you recommend for this camera that will provide a really good zoom?

Is there anyway to take pictures rapidly without all of them being blurry because the camera takes so long to focus a shot?

Why are the multi-shot (rapid shots) not showing up on my camera card when I put it in my camera, and why does it show a clipboard on the camera screen when I try using that feature?

This would be photos from a digital camera. Also, you would factor in the cost for ink cartridges at a common office supply store as well as the cost for high quality photo paper. Or having the photos developed at a local drug store for about $0.19 cents per photo plus applicable tax.

Do you have to get a disposable camera developed by the date on the bottom or is the film still good?

Can someone recommend a good digital camera for me. One with good quality, clear pictures (7 MP or above), that delivers good light under low lighting, also something that doesn't use up batteries so quickly. I don't want anything too pricey either. Looking for something under 200.

Plus what are the best brands of digital cameras out there?

I know that CMOS sensors are very suseptable to IR light, so webcam manufactures place an IR filter to remove IR light.

Do DSLR's have such a filter? I just purchased a new Nikon D40X, and am itching to take it apart. Thats just my nature with any new gadget that I purchase.

Can someone lead me to a tear-down website where someone has done this? I have gathered all my Jewlers screwdrivers and Im ready to go in!

Help me please, quickly.

I bought my camera about 2 months ago, until recently, I turned it on (the batteries were fully charged) the screen had a very blurry picture on it, it stayed on for about a second, before beeping three times and turning off, without closing the lense. Do I need a new camera, or can I fix it?

blue screen comes up between shots saying processing. It seems to be doing this alot lately. Could this be from a bad memory card? Also, a couple of my pics look a little wavy, what could cause that too?
Thanks for all your help!

I just purchased a Mamiya 645e as entrance to the world of medium format photography. I was shooting my second roll of film and on the 14th frame the shutter stuck open and won't close. Why is this? how can i retrieve the roll if i can't wind it? I'm sure its not the mirror lock up switch...is there a manual online for this camera? b/c i can't find one...
thanks!
