aight - hey everyone; I need some help trying to figure out which camera I want to get. I am mad interested in the sony dsc-p73 cybershot camera. I just love it. but i have no clue where to find a website that sells a brand new one so i could order it - I am also still not really so sure if I wanna get it ; but if i don't REGUARDLESS * i want to get a SONY CYBERSHOT DSC - (insert whatever model here - but preferably i want it to be some type of P model)

I need some input and help on which type of sony dsc-p (preferably P models) cybershot cameras to get. And also I am trying to stay within a logical budget, cause I'm not paying; it's a gift for me. So with that being said, give me some input on good sony models that are dsc-p and where to order them and some back up information on the product.

im in america, and i want to call someone in england. i have their cell, its 12 digits long? when she called, i saved the number. i tried calling it, but when i do, a machine says "the number is not in service. check the number. ov8" i think i need to dial some number before the 12 digits. do i need a 1 in front?

please reapond quickly, its 9:30 there and she has kids.

It was found in a second hand store and shows signs of wear. It was initially working (shutter would fire, flash is functioning, film winder working), but then I changed the battery to a new one (PX625A at radio shack). Now shutter no longer fires and battery check says camera doesn't have much power (battery that was in the unit showed almost no power at all), which I'm guessing means the battery contacts are dirty. I put the original battery back in and the shutter still doesn't want to fire anymore. I can't tell if something jammed or the camera has locked itself up for some reason.

somehow the dealer lock was turned on on our Koss dvd player and now we cannot open the dvd player. How do we turn it off?

Because I'm tired of having to wait to see which one is winning. I don't like the idea of the backing companies forcing the consumer to choose one or the other because it is they that have the most to lose if they spend thousands on equipment that will eventually become obsolete.

Personally, I back Blu-Ray. Why? Pirates!

We have had the camera for about 2 years. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. Now the flash does not work (except a few randon times) which ever setting it is on and the exposure is all wrong and consequently we are getting loads of blurry pictures except in briliiant sunlight. Any advice to help keep expensive repair bills down appreciated! Many Thanks.

I can get both at the same price, I like that I can get zoom from the 18-200, but the 28-75 has a larger aperture. I can only get one right now, which one would you go for?

I know it probably messed up my phone...I dropped it in the water as I was getting a pedicure today, so the water was soapy and oily. But I was just curious how many people's phones actually worked after it got wet and how long it took the phone to dry out until it was usable again.
The phone is an Env. If anyone has had similar experience please let me know if your phone ever worked again.

I can record live tv onto my dvd recorder, unlike the cd burner on my computer, which converts files and then burns to the disc...is there a way to, say, hook up the dvd recorder or a cd recorder to my stereo and record cassettes to cd, or live feed to cd?

A question I have long asked friends, but a definite answer still eludes me. I'm looking for a digital camera for a photography class. I would really like one that would allow me to take extended exposure shots. I have heard that this may only be possible with film, but again, I was hoping for a more final answer. So... Can digital cameras leave their lenses open for long intervals, thus resulting in extended exposure shots, and if so, what might be a good affordable camera with this ability?

I want to get a better phone since mine was a free phone that came with my t-mobile service. But I don't want to have to extend my contract or any of that mess. So I'm looking at phones on Ebay. If I buy an unlocked phone that is compatible with T-Mobile Service (i.e. the Sidekick 3), what do I do when I get teh phone to continue my service? Take the sim card out and put it in the new phone? I would imagine since i have the equipment protection option with my service, I would need to let T-mobile know, but would that option still be available even though I didn't purchase the phone directly from them?

i was taking one of those self-time pictures and it fell off the a shelf 10 incnes high about. Normally when i turn it on, the lenz comes out an inch and whne i turn it off, it goes back in but now its staying out. Its a sony cybertshot and its BRAND new got iot a month ago. Ok...I got a ps3...eventually..my brother blew it up...not to pieces for those misunderstand.

We sent it to a shop..they sent us a replacement...Which was the 600$ version rather than our 500$ version we had before.

cool right??? right...for a bout two days....he blew it up agian..

but i believe i might be able to save this one...so..My question is..CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO TAKE A PS3 APART??!!

We cant send it back because that what they sent a letter saying if we...by we i mean my brother....blew it up again they would not replace it.

I get sound from it but the picture...yea..that the problem..

I have electric smoke detectors with battery backup. They started beeping a few days ago so I went out and purchased all new batteries to replace the old ones. They still beep. It's not a constant beep....about every 30 seconds or so. I even used a vacum to make sure that there was no dust on the sensors. They are only a year old so it's not that they are old. I'm at a loss. Can anyone help before I go crazy!!!!!!! Thanks!

I am a beginning videographer and film maker. I am deciding between an HC7, HC1, A1U or FX1.
I am likely to be doing a lot of my shooting in a church low light setting. Great audio sound and the finest image quality are important to me. My budget is a maximum $2500.

Please advise me on which of the camera above i should get and WHY. I will appreciate if you can give me the pros and cons also. HELP!
